Movate provide GBG customers with support for GBG’s products outside of core business hours and may operate as an overflow during peak times. They only access your customer data upon your request for product support, but they do have access to GBG’s systems where your organisational contact details may be held (e.g. Customer Support Ticketing System, product administration areas to support login issues etc.)

Chatbot which is included in some GBG products. Whilst we do not expect it to process personal data, this is in your control as to what you share. Upfront, we show the statement: "Hello and welcome! I'm here to assist you, but before we get started, please remember not to share any personal or sensitive information unless it's specifically requested and necessary. Your privacy is important, and we only ask for details when needed to provide the best support."
