Promethean also uses Slack, a cloud-based team communication platform that is owned by Salesforce, for internal communication when engineering or development team members help to resolve support issues. In addition, Promethean uses Tableau, a business intelligence service owned by Salesforce, by feeding analytics data from Google and Mixpanel into Tableau for the purpose of building analytics reporting.
